This project is a youth-led initiative supporting artists, performers and communities in Vanuatu to identify and implement local approaches to the promotion and preservation of important traditional knowledge and wisdom practices including dance, music, song, art and stories, connecting these with contemporary art forms. Through small art festivals, young people perform alongside their elders, thus strengthening intergenerational partnerships and exchanges. Furthermore, young media crews have documented the stories and practices of communities to facilitate the promotion of positive traditional cultural heritage and contribute to knowledge management in communities.
